M-Koda

M-Koda was born in Sendai (the capital city of Miyagi Prefecture, northeast of Tokyo) in Japan.

From his childhood he has learned how to play a musical instruments and was brought up in an environment in which music was held close.

At the age of 19 M-Koda encountered Daft Punk, was hugely impressed, and thereafter began his own musical production. These days he performs live and DJ's extensively around Sendai, and recently has made a debut release through veteran label IF? Records. Next up he is going to release an EP through Android Muziq.

While he may have been initially influenced by various other kinds of music, M-Koda have come full circle and now creates completely original sounds.
